Nirav Shah has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Textile & Apparel Cluster at Arvind Limited. He will be based in Ahmedabad lead factories in Gujarat, Karnataka & Jharkhand.

Nirav brings with him over 20 years of invaluable experience in leading HR functions. His expertise spans across various aspects, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, HR& Digital Transformation, M&A, Learning & Development and OD Initiatives.
Prior to joining Arvind Limited, Nirav served as the CHRO at Veeda Clinical Research. In past he was associated with large corporates like Aditya Birla Group, Schneider Electric, Torrent Power and ITT Inc.
