While there are multiple vectors impacting the TM landscape, ranging from geo-political stresses, climate & eco disruption, and economic slowdown to start-up & entrepreneurial boom, there are a few changes, that stand out and will have a long-term impact.

Among the most notable transformations is the tug-of-war between the employer and the employee concerning remote and hybrid work. Due to the pandemic, and the millennial mindset; the new employee is clear about priorities in life, and working in a regimented framework is not one of them.
