RB As a CHRO, I must stay abreast of the evolving shifts in the talent management landscape to effectively attract, recruit, and retain top talent. Here are a few key shifts happening :

1. Focus on Employer Branding and EVP : Companies are placing greater emphasis on building a strong employer brand to attract top talent. This includes showcasing the company culture, values, and commitment to employee development and well-being including Leaders’ presence in social media.

2. Embracing Remote Work and Flexibility : The rise of remote work has prompted organisations to adopt flexible work arrangements and redefine their talent acquisition strategies. Remote work options have expanded the talent pool and necessitated new approaches to recruiting and managing remote employees.
