What shift do you see today in the talent management landscape regarding attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent in organisations?

SO With rapidly changing demographics, the workforce of today is more complex, conscious, and committed, to their own growth. The landscape is changing to adapt to this phenomenon.

Attracting talent in such an environment means a radical approach to how employee experience and value proposition are defined. It also requires a larger degree of effort and investment toward understanding what makes them choose one organisation over the other. If we evaluate the trend in this space, we can see that organisations are now revisiting concepts such as employee value proposition (EVP) to encompass intangible new-age factors such as work-life balance, psychological safety, and well-being, along with the culture that makes a difference to a prospective employee.
