Prior to this appointment Dhruva was associated with Spencer’s Retail as Head Business HR & L&D for more than seven years.
A performance driven Human Resources professional with an overall experience more than 21 years in leadership roles across multiple industries and geographies within India. Dhruva is an expert in the areas of HR Business Partnership, Organisation Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
