Before this appointment, Ravindra Pareek was associated with UltraTech Cement as Head – ER & CSR.

Ravindra is a passionate HR & IR Professional with all around 26 years of Experience in the domain of HR, Industrial Relations, Engagement, CSR , Land acquisition, Purchase, Legal cases related to civil, criminal, economic and Lision experience of various States like Rajasthan, Gujarat, MP, Maharashtra for reputed business groups in the sector.he gained experience in Handling multiple Unions, Long term wage and bonus settlement and employee engagement activities through CSR.
Ravindra has also worked with Birla White, UltraTech Concrete RMC Division, JAIN GROUP, and Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Ltd.
