Oasis Fertility appoints Samidha Mohanty as CHRO

Samidha Mohanty has been appointed as Chief Human Resource Officer By Oasis Fertility. By announcing her appointment at social media through a post, it is said, ”We are pleased to announce the joining of Samidha Mohanty as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Oasis Fertility. Samidha joins us to lead the People and Culture charter for the organization. She will set the roadmap and drive our HR agenda, closely working in sync with business, in our journey to expand our footprint across India.

Samidha joins us from VOIS, wherein her last appointment was to lead the HR function for Technology for India, and globally for IT Operations. She comes with close to 2 decades of rich multi faceted HR experience wherein she led HR charters across India and global geographies. We look forward to her leadership shaping the Talent and Culture at Oasis Fertility and adding the necessary impetus to our expertise, brand and growth.”
