Raunak Singh has joined Enaltec Labs Pvt. Ltd. as HR Head.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Raunak was associated as Deputy General Manager – HR with Medley Pharmaceuticals Ltd. for than 4.10 years.

Raunak has Dynamic and Passionate HR professional with more than 13 years of experience in Pharma Sector. I possess strong business acumen, excellent people skills, initiative and ability to implement innovative Human Resource policies and practices.
I am currently responsible for managing the entire gamut of HR function for Corporate, R&D and manufacturing based across India. Majorly focusing on Talent acquisition, Talent Management, Performance management, Training and Development and Employee engagement in order to have sustainable workforce. Proficient in smooth implementation of HR policies and processes in the organization.
