During second wave, exclusive smaller and dedicated support team for every 15 employees was formed keeping in mind scarcity of resources and to ensure hospital bed, oxygen, corona care kit, exclusive online medicine delivery, covid testing, ambulance and other support in the shortest possible time.
I believe, for an employee to give their best at work, not only employee engagement but family engagement in true sense needs to be the focussed by HR.
It is important to address fear from the minds, take care of their emotional and psychological wellbeing. Employees enjoyed work from home for few weeks, but after that insecurity, disconnect and disengagement may come in if they are not connected and made to feel involved regularly.
