Sushmita Basu has joined Louis Berger International as Director – Human Resources.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Sushmita Basu was associated with Project Concern International India as Human Resource and OD Specialist for about 1.5 years.
With around 16+ years of rich professional experience in Strategic HR leadership and business partnering, Sushmita also gained expertise in Resource Planning and Acquisition, Organization Restructuring and Change Management, Performance Management, Talent Mapping and Development Programmes, Succession Planning besides HR Operational Excellence for domestic and multinational organizations.

Sushmita Basu has also worked with Digital Green, J V Micronics, Population Foundation of India, Rodic Consultants Private Limited, Royal HaskoningDHV, EGIS INDIA, LEA Associates South Asia Private Limited, Eicher Goodearth Pvt. Ltd. and Digital Equipment India Pvt. Ltd.
