Prior to this appointment Subhashree was associated with Sodexo as General Manager- HR & DE&I for about six years.

As Highly adaptable communicator She has demonstrate strong leadership, ownership and responsibility in achieving corporate business objectives. She has worked on design and implementation of comprehensive bespoke training programs tailored in collaboration with international universities that ensures organisation’s talent supply needs.
Subhashree has also worked with TVS supply chain solutions and Star Health Insurance among others.
