Prior to this appointment sakshi was associated with Chemicals Business of DCM Shriram Limited for about nine years and lately as CHRO for last five years.
A HR Leader with strong leadership & interpersonal skills and drive to achieve results, Sakshi Has successfully designed & delivered HR Strategies for business growth. She is strong communicator with proven expertise in Organization Design, Culture & Change Management, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning & Business Partnering.
