Kiaan is playing with a box and segments with tabs, stacks, and figurines. Harish has a meeting in the next room when his superior yelling at him. Shivani, the spine and backbone of her house, is preparing food, cleaning the vessels, putting the clothes in the washing machine, and it clicked 10:00 am when she has a meeting to discuss the new project with her boss and two new engineers.

She just opened the laptop, and Kiaan wants something to play with her. Shivani told him, "it's my meeting with the boss and a client and will play later", but he felt terrible that nobody wants to play with him. Harish yearns to support, but he could not comfort his wife and kid, because of meetings and designing his drawings, which he wants to show to his boss.

What ensues to such a lad, trying to play with somebody, but it started sobbing and just tearful eyes!

Have you ever thought of Pareto analysis? Does that fit with this kind of environment? I do not know. Let us see.

The Pareto analysis states that an unequal relationship between input and output causes the consequences. It is known as the 80/20 rule. It specifies that 80% of the consequences come from 20% of the causes.

The principle of Pareto rule has been designed by Vilfredo Pareto, during the 18th century. He was an Italian economist, and he coded, output or outcomes may become inputs or causes. It means 20% of the factors may release to the success. For instance, a student tries to study his previous exam question paper, it can be beneficial for upcoming exams. However, the student should not ignore the whole textbook. We can see more examples, like 80% of the pollution comes from 20% of the factories. Similarly, 20% of criminals commit 80% of crimes, 20% of drivers cause 80% of all traffic accidents.

It is the same story here also. Parents had meetings and want to finish the work. The lad wants to seek attention from both parents. However, it has not yet been accomplished. We will have to bring into Pareto rule.

Primarily, parents know about the consequences and their causes. The effect can be meetings, roles & responsibilities, commitments according to a deadline, and drained while wind up. The outcomes may be playing with a child, errands like clean clothes, mopping, drying, dusting, and time to eat and drink, rest and relief, and many more!

Parents can narrow down few points and make their life easier.

Unscheduled meetings : The parents had scheduled meetings, but in the pandemic, meetings will come without any anticipation. In this case, the best medicine is to discuss it with the manager and client. It will be deciphered with the manager and client or the parent's scheduled meetings, one after another. It's better to tag in or out during meetings of the parent's agenda. Here also, the causes may become less like plop meeting at any time, but the consequence might be greater extent like children can get more space, as before.

Deadlines for a project : The supervisor expects to deliver the project on time. The parents prefer to give the project or proposal or plan also on time. However, due to the hardships of children, the parents can complete their coding or correlation and regression in the late night or early morning so that everybody must be slumbering. Again here, the effort may evolve more but the result might become surpluses like challenging children, welfare, or lifestyle trend.

Incident ticket : Unless like an incident ticket for a plumber in an apartment who can come the next day, a professional will have to finish the ticket if something in coding or analysis arrives urgently. Parents may deliver crucial parts or tickets when other people can play or take a walk outside with children. Here also there will be attending and outcomes. Attention towards work would not be effortless but the outcome can become maybe rest or want to go to drive and play with the children.

Out of office : Sometimes parents can go for a drive, just a walk or just be at home and play with the children. They feel solace and adequately calm and comfort. At least for one or two days, children will be relieved and can think out of the box to introduce many things. Parents can educate multiple aspects. It can be having fun, rejuvenating, and exhilarating with new toys, a timetable to study, screen time, planting and gardening, make shapes with cardboard, learning tables, and many more! They need to enlighten by adult supervision and then children will assemble themselves. Here also, causes and consequences will be different for many parents but at least, kids would be compassionate, and they become self-reliant.

Online Shopping : Parenthood cannot be realized until we offer many insights design and drill sockets, jigsaw puzzles, scribble and write on laptops, and many more. However, most of the stores might be closed or due to lockdown shops can be shut down. So, the best shopping in today's generation is from online shopping. These kinds of educational toys can come from web-based online shopping because firstly, the shops are closed due to lockdown, and secondly, parents can go through the links, in fact, a lot more websites while searching for one thing. Again, the same thing, the effect, maybe 2% of the time for a day but outcomes can be more than 100% because a child will learn many things and it makes them independent.
