Manoj Kumar Sharma has joined Ambuja Cements as Chief Human Resources Officer.
He has confirmed development through a social media post stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ambuja Cements Limited.”

Manoj Sharma has already been with Adani Group as the HR head, including Adani Electricity, Adani Green Energy, Adani Power and Adani Infra India. Immediately prior to this appointment, Manoj was associated with Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd. as Sr. Executive Vice President HR – AEML & Head HR.
At Ambuja Cements, Sharma will be responsible for overseeing succession planning, HR transformation, leadership development, HR strategy, executive coaching and talent management.
He was also associated with A&M Resources, Ispat Industries, Flex Industries and Aditya Birla Group.
