Aditya Sareen elevated to Head HR- Corp. Functions & International JVs & Subsidiaries of TATA Power

Aditya Sareen has been elevated to the position of Head HR- Corporate functions & International JVs & Subsidiaries and Head – Talent Acquisition, Cadre Management, Employee Engagement, Health & Wellness, R&R and Employer Branding.

Before this elevation, Aditya was heading Learning & Leadership Development, Engagement, R&R and Cadre Management at Tata Power since August 2014, based at Mumbai.

A ‘Human Relations Manager’ first & always, Aditya is a dynamic professional with immense experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organization Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Change Management, Culture Building, Campus Relations, Cadre Recruitment & Development, HR Strategy, Policies & Processes, Talent Acquisition, Organisation Effectiveness, Diversity & Inclusion and Rewards & Recognition.

He has successfully conceptualised, set up and led Management & Leadership Development centres and Future Skills Academies.

He has hand on experience in Training Needs Analysis, Budgeting, Solutioning, Content Design & Development, Training Delivery, Effectiveness Evaluation, Creating Competency Frameworks & Mapping , Succession Planning, High Potential Identification  & Development, Assessment & Development Centres, Leadership Development journeys, Job Evaluation & Work level studies, Talent Reviews, Coaching initiatives, Values & Beliefs workshops, Strategy workshops, New Manager Assimilation programs.

In his career spanning over 2.6 decades, he has worked across Power, Airports & Aviation, Retail, Hospitality, Banking, Telecom, Consulting and Advertising industries, being part of some very reputed organisations at India and UAE namely, Tata Power, Reliance Industries, GMR Group – Delhi International Airport, Standard Chartered Bank, Landmark Group -UAE & NIS Sparta.

He was recently recognized as part of an elite group of ‘HR Influencers 2023’ by ETHR World and has also been part of its listing of ‘HR Thought Leaders 2022’. People Business, TA PAI Institute of Management, Darwin Box and EconomicTimes.com jointly recognized him as ‘T.A. PAI Young HR Leader 2020’. He is also an Intermediate Cost Accountant (ICWA), and given his professional qualifications in HR, Marketing & Finance, he has a comprehensive understanding of business management.
