Lakshmi Raju has joined Wells Fargo as Human Resource Lead.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Lakshmi Raju was associated with Kotak Mahindra Bank as Vice President Human Resource for about 7 years.

As an experienced HR practitioner with 19 plus years in HR, Lakshmi has worked alongside many senior executives such as Chief HR, COO, CFO, Head – Operations, CIO and Business Head(s) Sales and across multiple HR specialties such as Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and HR Processes such as On boarding, Employee Engagement & Experience, Rewards, Career Development, HR Service Quality and Employee Communication.
Majority of her work has been in Banking and ITES Industries.
She has also worked with ING Vysya Bank and IBM Global Process Service.
