Devayani Tilak Sengupta joins citibank as APAC Head of Talent, Learning & Diversity

Devayani Tilak Sengupta has joined citibank as APAC Head of Talent, Learning & Diversity.

She has confirmed this development through a social media post.

Prior to this appointment, Devayani Joshi was associated with Credit Suisse as Regional Head of Leadership & Talent, and Divisional People Development APAC for about 12 years.

She has proven record of establishing and implementing thriving executive development and leadership development programs that ensure top talent retention and business stability into the future. She thrives in international organizations with the ability to develop, implement, and improve targeted training programs that achieve corporate objectives.

Devayani carries an MBA in Human Resources and accreditation as a Columbia Certified Executive Coach. Additional certifications include Leadership Circle Profiles (LCP), Hogan, DiSC, SHL, and the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ).
