Rohan Chopra has joined M3M India as Head -Human Resources.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Rohan was associated with Infosys Business consulting as Sr. Principal.

A Result oriented professional with 18 years of experience and exposure of managing HR function & organization effectiveness practice with P&L accountability, Rohan has been advising clients across industries including Automotive, Power, Cement, IT/ITeS, Construction, Chemical, Real Estate & Hospitality on corporate centre design, business restructuring, value added roles, leadership development and culture & change. He has successfully lead large scale transformation assignment including a. restructuring of corporate centre for a large diversified conglomerate (having multiple businesses and geographies) b. formulation of vison, mission & values, identification & alignment of strategic thrust areas with the vision and redesigning the organization structure to support vision & growth agenda (large automobile manufacturer).
Rohan has also worked with Carzonrent, Tata Strategic Management Group and PwC India.
