Pramitsen has joined National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Pramit has confirmed this development through his social media post.
Prior to this appointment He was associated with Axis Bank as Vice President- HR for about three years.

Pramit is a senior HR professional with around 18 years of experience across all facets of Human Capital. He has worked in Manufacturing, Retail, Insurance and Banking sectors. He has keen interest for human resource strategy, implementation, organisational development and change management. Pramit has strong influencing skills at all levels, and is an excellent communicator and leader who ensures that the delivery of the people agenda is always a strategic priority for the organisation. His expertise in understanding business and people requirements, transforming HR from administrative to a strategic business partner, gaining business buy in, building effective HR processes, strategic approaches to resourcing and development.
Pramit has significant track record in building and implementing organisational capability driven business strategies and using organisational psychology based approaches to manage large scale culture change projects.
He has also worked with HDFC Life, L&T Finance, Wadhwan Food Retail , ICICI Prudential and Hindalco.
