Kunal Lakhani has joined Performics india as Director- Talent & Transformation.
Kunal has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Kunal was associated with Zee Entertainment enterprise Ltd. As Lead -HR for more than six years.

Kunal with about 17 years of rich professional experience, has managed comprehensive HR responsibilities including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning and employee development. A strategic thinker with strong business acumen towards providing outstanding HR consultation to business, Kunal has diverse experience of working with startup, entrepreneurial settings and enterprise business with overseas HQ.
Kunal has also worked with HCL Technologies Ltd.
