The Westin Mumbai, Garden City has appointed Viral Jasani as Director of Human Resources.
Before this appointment, Viral was associated with Marriott International as Director -HR.

With a Bachelor’s in Hotel and Hospitality Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Mumbai. having over 18 years of rich experience in HR across diverse regions, skills, disciplines, levels, and domains, he led teams for manpower planning, sourcing, structuring and restructuring. His strategic mindset and proficiency in anticipating HR needs have contributed to the successful formulation and implementation of new policies aligned with long-term business objectives.
He has also worked Sheraton Grand Pune, Sheraton Grand Bangalore, Lalit Mumbai, HMS Host, the Indian Hotels Company Ltd (Taj Hotels), and the Resort.
