Prior to this appointment, Kavita was associated with Alfa Laval as Human Resource Leader for about two years.
A Global Human Resources Leader with around 17 of years of rich professional experience leading diverse HR teams across geographies, Kavita is a firm believer of value driven HR consultation to Head of Business units and HR Management.
