George Varghese M has joined Shahi Exports as Chief Human Resource Office.
Prior to this appointment George was associated with First Abu Dhabi (FAB) Bank as Head of Human Resources – Global Business Services for about two years.
A versatile human resources professional, with 20 years of experience across Entrepreneurship, Manufacturing, IT/ ITES, Retail, and Pharma Industry. Currently setting up a captive IT/ITES center for a global Bank, George demonstrated proven skills in Organisational Direction, Comprehensive Human Resources Policy, Business Planning, Top-line and Bottom-line focused Strategic Initiatives, and Talent Acquisition.
