Sanjeev Muramkar has been elevated to the position of Chief Human Resource Officer at Adani Electricity.
Before this promotion, Sanjeev served as Head of Talent Management, Learning, and Talent Acquisition. He joined the group in April 2019.

An accomplished Talent Management & Development Leader with an extensive twenty-year track record, dedicated to achieving business excellence by maximizing Human Potential Sanjeev’s research background, cultivated during his doctoral dissertation at the esteemed Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT-B).
His extensive experience includes designing and executing long-term Leadership Development Initiatives in collaboration with renowned institutions such as Harvard Business, various Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), and the Indian Institute of Technology – Bombay. These initiatives have provided him with profound insights and expertise in implementing best practices in Leadership Development.
Sanjeev also worked with Vedanta, Trent Ltd. (A Tata Enterprise), and Wockhardt.
