Udaiy Khanna has joined Dalmia Cement (Bharat) as Executive Director and Head of Human Resources.
Prior to this appointment Udaiy was self employed as HR Advisor and consultant for a very short stint.
With around 30 + years of experience, Udaiy has broad expertise across diverse industries and cultures with a proven track record of devising and executing visionary best-in-class HR practices and policies to help shape high performing cultures and enhance profitability. Major chunk of his career revolved around operationalization of HR initiatives and methodologies whilst attracting and mobilizing top talent to build performance driven teams for organizational and business success.

He has progressively gained enriched experience in building human resources function and teams from the grounds up and bolstering engagement, performance and retention.
