Sonal Jain has joined Coursera as Head of People- APAC.
Prior to this appointment, Sonal was associated with Johnson & Johnson for around 5+ years and recently as India Enterprise HR Head.
A Senior HR leader with extensive experience across global, local and complex roles in reputed organisations including in Unilever, Johnson & Johnson and Wipro Technologies over the last 17 years, Sonal’s purpose is “Inspire leaders to lead complex transformations creating gratifying experience for self and teams.”

She is also felicitated as “Star Alumni of University Business School” in 2018 and Top 100 HR leader under 40 by Jombay in 2018.
