Prior to this appointment, Shivani was working with Hero Housing Finance as Head Talent Management & OD strategy for more than one year.
Shivani is an HR professional, working in the space of talent management, culture and change, and organization development. She brings along 17 years of rich experience in HR and sales leadership roles.
