Gautam Srivastava Joins Phoenix Mills as Director & Head of HR

Gautam Srivastava has joined Phoenix Mills as Director & Head HR, where he will be driving HR strategies, policies, and processes to support the company’s growth and customer-centricity.

He has confirmed this development through a social media post by saying, “I am delighted to share that I have assumed the role of Director & Head of HR at The Phoenix Mills Ltd. I am passionate about the people transformation journey ahead, aligning HR strategies with our business goals for sustainable growth. Prior to this appointment Gautam was associated with The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts , Mumbai as  Group Vice President & Head of HR for two years.
