Santosh Rai takes up new role of Head HR with L&T Precision Engineering

Santosh Rai has started new position as Head of Human Resources at Larsen & Toubro Precision Engineering and Systems IC.

He has confirmed this development through a social media post.

Santosh has been with L&T Group since 2010 in different establishments with different positions. Before the present position, Santosh was looking after HR functions as Joint General Manager-HR of L&T Defence IC.

With around 24 years of Work experience in the field of Human Resources & Industrial Relations in manufacturing & Utilities, Santosh has gained hands-on exp. in setting up of green field facilities and developed specialties in Developing HR systems and processes and policy formulation. Talent Acquisition and Champion of creating high high-performing culture.

He has a proven track record in aligning HR practices with business requirements and business strategy

Santosh has also worked with BSES Rajdhani power, Goodyear and samtelColor.
