Conrad Pune has announced the appointment of Deepali Singhal as the Director of Human Resources. In her new role, Singhal will be spearheading the HR department and will be responsible for key operations like employee development, consulting management on strategic staffing plans and implementing new HR policies.
Prior to this appointment, Deepali was associated with Hyatt Regency Pune as Director HR for around seven years.

With her enriching experience of over 15 years, Singhal will be eminent in overseeing the entire HR and training functions. Touted as a creative thinker with grooming and strong communication skills, she aims to work towards the best interest of the hotel.
On her appointment, Rahul Bhagat, Director of Operations, expressed, “We are delighted to have Deepali as the new Director of Human Resource. She is a positive personality and will bring forth her gamut of experience in the HR sector that will work towards enforcing company policies and best practices for the hotel.”
Deepali has also worked with Ista Hotels, Ambey Valley City and Jet Airways.
