Sandeep Banerjee has joined Eveready Industries Ltd. as Chief Human Resource Officer.
Prior to this appointment Sandeep was associated as President HR with H & R JOHNSON (INDIA) – PRISM JOHNSON LIMITED for more than 4 years.
Sandeep has more than 26 years of professional experience in end to end HR domain. His Experience in HR/IR spreads across diverse sectors viz Light Engineering, Heavy Industry (Steel Pipes), Pharmaceutical (Bulk Drug and Formulations) Services & Hospitality (Hotels), Aviation, Fashion, Sports, & Convention Centre and diverse Corporate Functions. He has had the exposure to Lead the HR function Globally in multi-cultural environment in MNC’s and Large Indian Enterprises. Having the unique distinction of leading HR in Manufacturing and also in Services sector, Sandeep has the ability to bring the best of both worlds and ensure implementation of Best Practices. Hiring the Right Talent, Nurturing the Talent in required skills, Appreciating and Recognising Efforts, Aligning HR to the Business Goals and Leading from the front has been synonymous with his leadership style.
He has also worked with Reliance Industries, Taj Hotels, Orient Electric, Organon, Electrosteel Castings and Esab.
