Refyne, the on-demand pay platform has announced the appointment of Megha Sharma as VP People & Culture among other senior executives as part of its leadership team. With these new additions, Refyne looks to unlock strategic growth across key industry domains and retain its dominant position in the on-demand salary category in India.

Megha Sharma has more than a decade of experience in people and culture management, having worked with multinational firms. Her expertise includes core strategic HR, learning and development and talent management in India and overseas. At Refyne, Megha will lead creation of a diverse and inclusive environment, talent acquisition and retention and will focus on strengthening organizational culture.
Prior to this appointment Megha was associated with Repup.co As associate Director-HR for more than four years.
With around 12 years of professional experience Megha has also worked with ExxonMobil, SHArP Edge Learning, Voltas, Mindsprouts Solutions and Zenus Consulting.
