Reetu Raina has joined Amdocs as VP and Global Head of Talent Management.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Reetu Raina was associated with Quick Heal as Chief Human Resource Officer for about 2.7 years.

Cross industry and culture exposure helped me to bring versatility in my thought process which resulted in value creation for the organizations for whom I have worked.
This also helped me to break the myth that irrespective of industries and cultures, people are people and challenges are not very different.
A firm believer that there is no absolute truth and we need to make connections with contextual reality inspired me to conduct research and write white papers on various topics which are based on the context and this includes leadership, engagement and Millennials.
I pioneered the practice of Adaptive leadership in India and was invited by ECUF (Evolving Corporate Universities Forum) in Singapore in 2011 to present the same.
Pivotal in the design creation of Leadership Resource Council (LRC) for NASSCOM in partnership with IIM-B.
Having spent 22+ years in senior HR Leadership roles focusing on HR transformation Workforce Planning building efficiency and process re-engineering for Org effectiveness.
She has also worked with Reliance Infocomm, ING Vysya Life Insurance, Tata AIA Life Insurance, Godrej Hicare Ltd., HDFC Bank, Sterlite Technologies Ltd. and Quick Heal.
