With about 13 years of experience, strategic and innovative HR Professional with experience in successful Organization transformation & Development initiatives, Ravitha has designed sharper Performance Management system to measure business outcomes and motivate talent via Rewards framework along with future proofing workforce with focus on leadership pipeline and succession planning for the organization.
She has also worked as independent OD consultant for about three years and as HR Business Partner with Manipal Education and Medical Group Intl India Pvt Ltd for about 7 years.
