PayU appoints Meghna Pal as Global Head-D&I, Engagement and Wellbeing

Meghna Pal has joined PayU as their Global Head – D&I, Engagement & Wellbeing.

She has confirmed this through a social media post.

Prior to this appointment Meghna was associated with Walmart Global Tech India  for three years and recently as  India Lead and Global Tech COE- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

With around 10 years of experience, Meghna has diverse experience in handling a spectrum of Talent Development and Diversity Equity Inclusion initiatives.  She enjoys leveraging blended learning techniques and data analytics to build workforce capabilities and talent transformation.

Passionate and committed to increase awareness and aid understanding & appreciation for the various facets of representation in an organisation and its importance in building a truly inclusive and collaborative workplace.  Meghna  invests in Coaching Leaders and enabling the larger organization, while formulating & leading the DEI strategy.
