IDAM House Of Brands has recently announced the expansion of their leadership team with the appointment of Timsy Kohli as the Group Chief Human Resource Officer. She brings in almost two decades of cross-functional experience in Human Resources across various industries. Timsy comes with a People-first culture approach which is at the crux of what the future at IDAM looks like.

Prior to joining IDAM House of Brands, Timsy was an Associate Vice President – People & Culture at The Moms Co. (The Good Glam Group), where she established a brand of choice by creating an impactful employee value proposition and culture of high performance and transparency. Timsy has previously worked with companies like People Strong, Pioneer Urban Infrastructure Limited, Encore Capital Group, and R1RCM in a varied HR landscape.

Commenting on the expansion of the leadership team, Saahil Nayar, Co-Founder & COO of IDAM House Of Brands, says, “Timsy will build key people strategies to scale growth with a strong focus on building a culture of high performance and innovation. She will also focus on strengthening employer brand strategy to attract talent.”

At IDAM she will be responsible for leading organisational level initiatives on culture, performance, people, and HR digitization. She is a great advocate of HR technology as she believes that technology brings ease, optimises the processes, and improves efficiency. Timsy also strongly believes that employees are the company’s brand ambassadors and hence it is imperative to take good care of them by providing a great environment, resources, experience, and career-accelerating opportunities. Timsy holds a postgraduate certificate in HRM from XLRI. She is also a certified NLP Coach and adopts coaching as a practice to enable employees to be their best.
