Dr. Pradyumna Pandey joins Hero MotoCorp as Manufacturing HR Head

Dr. Pradyumna Pandey has joined Auto major Hero MotoCorp as Manufacturing HR Head.

He has confirmed this development through a social media post mentioning,”I am happy to share that my professional journey at Hero MotoCorp has begun. Looking forward to an enriching and productive work-life!”

In his present role, Pandey will be a key member of the HR leadership team that steers the company to the next horizon of growth, in an era of constant change and to partner with the leadership team to develop and implement people and talent strategies in the manufacturing units that align with business objectives. He will be responsible to foster a culture and create a workforce that is agile and a HR function that is a multiplier of ideas and cultivator of design thinking.

Prior to this appointment, Dr. Pandey was associated with Mother Dairy as CHRO for about three years.

An HR professional with over 30 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Dr. Pandey is a keen strategist with the flair for designing and implementing innovative HR strategies and OD interventions to suit the needs of the organization. He has gained working experience with both leading Indian and Multi-National companies with significant expertise in managing a wide spectrum of Human Resource Management functions entailing talent acquisition, training & development, employee engagement, succession planning, competency mapping, employee relations, etc.

Dr. Pandey has also worked with Torrent Pharmaceuticals, CBLPro, JK Tyre, Mawana Sugars, Holcim and ACC Cement.
