GSP Crop Science appoints Dr. Haresh Chaturvedi as Chief Transformation Officer
GSP Crop Science Pvt Ltd, Gujarat Based Manufacturer of agro-chemicals including technical grade ingredients, formulations of insecticides, fungicide, herbicides, intermediates, bio-pesticides and seed-treatment chemicals, has appointed Dr. Haresh Chaturvedi as Chief Transformation Officer. Prior to this role, Dr Chaturvedi was Vice President HR at Reliance Industries Limited.
Dr Chaturvedi served as Vice President HR with RIL for its Dahej Facility for Seven years.
He carries with him more than 32 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and had worked in multiple sectors such as Textiles, Cement, FMCG and Manufacturing. Few of the known Brand he was associated with is Sanghi Cement, WaghBakri Tea, Hindustan Coca Cola, Reliance Industries.
Dr Chaturvedi is known as a People Person and Passionate HR leader with a versatile experience in managing change, building culture, envisioning and establishing smart solutions for integrating people practices in dynamic business environment. He is also one of the founding members of HR Milestone, a 15,000+ pan India community of HR professionals.
At GSP Crop Science, As Chief Transformation officer, Dr. Chaturvedi’s responsibilities will include leading organisation transformation and working closely with Human Resources department.
