Hari has confirmed this development through a social media post.,
Prior to this appointment, He was associated with GE Renewable Energy for about five years and recently as Sr. Director-HR for 2.5 years.

With 25 + years of HR experience in diverse industries ranging from OEMs like TAFE, Murugappa Group for 10 years, IT Services like Hexaware for 5 years and Digital Industrial conglomerate like GE for 11 years. Hari Govinda has got hands on exposure to different functions of HR covering Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, C&B, HR Generalist and Integration Management.
His career span includes strong exposure to Manufacturing, Digital services and Industrial segments.
