Gaurav Singh Parmar has joined HSBC as Vice President – HR
Gaurav has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Gaurav was associated with S&P for five years and recently as global as Director-People (India Strategic Projects Lead and People Partner) for about one and a half year.

With around 16 years progressive People experience, Gaurav has provided strategic partnership and solutioning support to business, on Talent Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness and Engagement of talent. I work closely with my business leaders on business, compensation, organizational change, diversity and talent strategies.
Being Diversity Champion, Gaurav has been involved in strategies and projects with India leadership and Employee Resource Groups to work on priorities related to Global Ethics, POSH, Gender, LGBTQ+, Disabilities, Generations and Culture.
Gaurav has also worked with Telenor, Larsen & Toubro, Ericssion, Sistema and Vodafone.
