Cushman & Wakefield, a Real estate services firm, has announced the appointment of Deepti Kapoor as an executive director- HR. In her new role, Deepti will be responsible for meeting out firm’s objective by developing and implementing strategic people policies and practices .
Prior to this appointment Deepti was heading talent management and internal mobility at Max Life Insurance.
Having more than 2 decades of experience in Business HR, Deepti , a seasoned professional and has successfully maintained a leading position in the CRE Industry. With solid exposure to working for top lenders/financial institutions, investment firms, IPCs, RE developers, and asset management companies, Deepti has attained a solid foothold in operations, sales, leasing, and business development.

Deepti holds experience in commercial lease administration for big real estate corporations and has a strong understanding of the commercial lease terms and their implications on the businesses. Her strong knowledge in handling various commercial deals and portfolios with diverse leases is remarkable. She has delivered efficient and exceptional result-oriented performance and is committed to the quality of work performed by her team.
A Delhi University graduate, Deepti received her business degree from IMM and completed an Executive programme in Leadership and Management from the prestigious IIM, Kolkata.
