Amit kumar has joined Accenture as AVP-HR
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment Amit was associated with PolicyBazaar.com as Associate Vice President-HR for more than seven years.

With more than 14 Years of experience Amit has worked in HR domain of Employee relation, ‘entry to exit’ HR processes, Performance Management, Employee Life Cycle Management, Compensation & Benefits , Statutory Compliances , HR Analytics , Competency Mapping, BGC, Retention and Recruitment.
Amit earlier also worked with Accenture and did free lancing for short stint.
