The competitiveness among employers to offer the best compensation, benefits, work environment, established processes, ease of working, independence etc. has emerged due to the ongoing talent crisis as a result of high churn rate.

After much hyped global Great resignation, do you feel it has affected India also? If so, how and to what extent? Is it limited to tech talent or spread to all sectors?

PG The way India’s economy is booming, there is significant growth observed in most of the industries especially IT, healthcare, automobile, pharmaceutical, coal, construction, real-state, tourism etc. Some of the industries are expanding basis various demographics which includes geography, portfolios, diversity etc. There are many new organisations in India getting established while others from outside India are foreseeing diversification in portfolio leading to immense number of opportunities for talent here. This expansion has either resulted out of cost saving and long pending multiple assignments during Covid or due to opportunities emerged out of challenges in the pandemic era and hence they are ready to explode the Indian market with plethora of jobs in the market.
