After much hyped global Great resignation, do you feel it has affected India also? If so, how and to what extent? Is it limited to tech talent or spread to all sectors?

SD While the overall attrition across industries has gone up 28% vis a vis the previous year’s 17%, however I would be hesitant to attribute it to the overall bandwagon of “Great Resignation” which is indeed creating a great hullabaloo in the West.
