Before this appointment, Sharad was associated with Vimta Labs Ltd. as Dy. General Manager-HR Corp.

Sharad possesses strong expertise in handling Recruitment, Campus Hiring, and Lateral Hiring; Staffing, Employee engagement activities, Compensation Management, training, performance management, appraisal systems and administration. His Career spans over 20 years, with HR and Pharma experience with good knowledge in end-to-end recruitment and HR generalist role.
He has also worked with Granules India Ltd., Aizant Drug Research Solutions, Aurobindo Pharma and Deloitte among others.
