Richa Dubey has joined Nayara Energy, a leading downstream Energy Company as the Chief People Officer. Company has also announced his appointment.
Prior to this appointment, Richa was associated with Vedanta Resources as the Chief Human Resources Officer at for their Iron and steel/Iron and alloy Businesses for more than two years.

As a Human Resource professional Richa believes in the innate abilities and strengths each one of us possess as individuals and the heights individuals are capable of achieving.
Richa holds an MBA in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur (XLRI).
