Purna Sadashiv has joined Aliaxis as DGM- HR (Cluster Head- HR).
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Purna Sadashiv was associated with Alisha Torrent Closures (India) Private Limited as Head of Human Resources.

With over 18 years of experience in HR, Purna has lead the human resources function and developed and implemented HR policies and strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals. He fostered employee relations and wellbeing, manage compensation and benefits, and drive HR innovation through technology. Purna has also received multiple awards for contribution and excellence in the field of HR, including the HR Innovation Through Technology award by IHRC and the Transformational HR Leader 2020 award.
Purna has also worked with Genus Innovation Limited, Minda SAI Ltd., Jamna Auto Industries Ltd., RSB Transmission(I) Ltd., Varroc Engineering Pvt. Ltd., and Subhash Projects And Marketing Limited.
