Krishna Sahai has joined JPFL Films Pvt. Ltd., India’s leading manufacturer of flexible plastic films for the packaging industry as Assistant Vice President – Head – HR & Admin.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Krishna Sahai was associated with Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited as Head – Group HR for about 1 year.

With over 17 years of experience in various industries, including mining and metals, consulting, and facility management, krishna sahai has developed and implemented HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business goals and vision. He has strong expertise in HR shared services, Talent Acquisition and Management, Organization Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement, Performance Metrics, Labor Relations, Strategy, Technical Discussions, Succession Planning, Performance Motivation, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Design, Knowledge Acquisition, HR Strategy and Business Partner Support.
He has SHRM-SCP certification and an Executive Diploma in HR management from XLRI Jamshedpur, a prestigious business school.
