Dinesh Kr. Bhardwaj has joined Trident Group India as Chief People Officer.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Dinesh Kr. Bhardwaj was associated with Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd. as Head of Human Resources Operations for about 1.3 years.

Dinesh Kr. Bhardwaj is a passionate HR practitioner with 23+ years of domain experience in Business HR, Consulting and Specialist HR. Having been part of Leadership team in various organizations in the areas of Business establishment, start-up life cycle and reorganization and change management. He has played a critical role in helping organizations realize the business goals by creating strong and core Leadership teams who drive the businesses.
Dinesh has also worked with FUTABA Industrial Gujarat Limited, Mangalam Cement Limited, Gujarat Guardian Limited, Honda Logistics India Pvt. Ltd., Interarch Building Products and Panacea Biotec Ltd.
