Dharmender Sharma has joined Religare Broking Ltd. as HR Business Partner-Associate Vice President.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Dharmender Sharma was associated with IIFL (India Infoline Group) as Zonal Head-HR (North & East Zone) for about nine years.

With around 18+ years of experience in BPM, NBFC, Insurance and Banking Industry, Dharmender has handled Handling HR generalist role with exposure to major hr activities including expertise in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Management, Talent Acquisition/Management, Employee relation, Communication and HR operations.
He has also designed HR policies.
Dharmender has also worked with The Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited, MetLife India Insurance Company Ltd., Reliance Life Insurance Company Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited and Mynd Solutions Private Ltd.
